IMobS³ Labex aims to become an international reference center for the mobility of people, goods and machines through the development of efficient and environmentally aware technological bricks and treating technological, organizational, environmental and societal mobility aspects. 

The specificity of IMobS³ is based on the implementation of sustainable mobility solutions through cooperative approaches combining various subjects and being articulated around the triptych "Research - Education - Promotion".

Thus, the theme "mobility", broached with a multidisciplinary approach, allows IMobS³ LabEx :     

• to be fertile ground for the production of new ideas and skills;    
• to attract and train students, French and foreign, from various disciplinary courses;    
• to express these advances into the market of innovations in the field of mobility. 

Moreover, because of the richness of its scientific community, the Sciences for the Engineer being enriched by the Human and Social Sciences, the LabEx IMobS³ can tackle acceptability and ergonomics questions of the innovative mobility vectors proposed.
